Big Brother Mark Davidson shares the need for Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring program:

https://youtu.be/RfVMQGs6PxA

For the first time in our history, Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters must postpone our For Kids Sake campaign and bowling parties which represent a significant portion of our annual budget.  This change has the potential to disrupt services to the youth we serve.

Our case management of over 2,300 one-to-one mentoring relationships throughout the state MUST continue as we cannot sacrifice the safety and quality of our matches.  We find ourselves in an urgent situation that we hope can be remedied by a temporary campaign asking MANY to give a LITTLE.

So while you are staying IN, would you be willing to donate what you would have spent on an evening out on a beverage or burger, or tickets to a game or movie, as we continue to serve some of the most socioeconomically challenged youth in our state?

We realize the need is widespread, so it is our goal through this short-term effort to continue the much needed services until normalcy returns.  Any and all gifts are greatly appreciated!
